Founder
Yame Aibangbee is the visionary founder of OA Engineering & Innovations (OAEI), bringing over a decade of expertise in project management and engineering across the aerospace, defence, and mechanical industries. As a Chartered Engineer, Yame has successfully led complex projects, including overseeing the development of the UK’s first all-electric eVTOL aircraft.
With a passion for innovation and precision, Yame is dedicated to delivering bespoke engineering and project management solutions that empower businesses to achieve their goals. His unique ability to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and lead multidisciplinary teams ensures that OAEI consistently exceeds client expectations.
